SCIENCE FORMULA

ICON DNA: Microbiome Science Formula™ for Immunity, Digestion and Long-Term Support

ICON DNA’s Microbiome Science Formula™ is the result of several years of research and development in collaboration with Latvia University Scientists.
Bringing together expertise in microbiome science, biochemistry, and mycology, this advanced formula was designed to support gut–immune interaction, digestive equilibrium, and long-term physiological resilience through the natural intelligence of mushrooms.

At ICON DNA, we understand that periods of immune vulnerability — whether due to seasonal shifts, environmental exposure, or personal health transitions — call for intentional, science-driven nutritional support. Our formula was designed with this need in mind.

Centred Around mushroom Beta-Glucans and Natural Vitamin D₂

ICON DNA is formulated with two key compounds derived from our own climate-controlled cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii mushrooms in Northern Europe:

  • Beta-glucans, scientifically studied for their ability to support the normal function of the immune system, encourage gut microbial balance, and promote short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) production

  • Natural Vitamin D₂ (ergocalciferol), whose concentration is enhanced through a scientifically developed and studied method — designed to increase D₂ levels in a way that preserves the natural integrity of the mushroom and its nutrients

This formulation contributes to the maintenance of normal immune function, muscle, and bone health, as recognised by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).

Nutritional Support in Times of Immune Imbalance

Scientific literature has explored the role of beta-glucans in supporting immune function following intensive therapies, as well as their contribution to rebalancing gut microbiota under stress.

While ICON DNA is not a medical product and does not treat or cure any condition, it is formulated to support the normal function of the immune system, which may be particularly relevant during or after periods of physiological challenge or immune system disruption.

Long-Term Daily Use for Wellness Maintenance

ICON DNA is well-suited for gentle, long-term daily use as part of a proactive wellness routine.
Ongoing research suggests that consistent dietary intake of mushroom beta-glucans and Vitamin D₂ may help maintain key physiological functions related to immunity, digestion, and inner resilience — especially when paired with a balanced lifestyle.

This makes ICON DNA a meaningful daily addition for those who value preventive self-care and sustained balance.
